Marcella can knot her rope into life like forms, her attention to detail, truly make her sculptures extraordinary. She attended Albany Jr College for the arts but went into Resturant Mamagement. In 1995 she moved to Florida and recieved her B.S. at U.S.F. in Business Management.

Inspired and mentored by Anne Andersson, a Master Sisal Sculptress. Marcella made a major career decision after her graduation from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in business management.

From 2002 Marcella has also been the instructor for knot tying classe with the Coast Guard Auxiliary in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Now, she brings together her knot-tying expertise and artistic talents to create one-of a kind sisal sculptures.

Marcella was born in Albany, New York and now resides Gulfport, Florida a wonderful waterfront Art Village. She is now fulfilling her childhood dream of working in the arts and she is living proof that dreams really do come true.
